SORRY – WE ARE OUT OF BUSINESS

Here at Pasture Side Farm, we specialize in caring for and milking fine Jersey cows. We also raise a few Black Angus and Holsteins for meat.

We sell our customers a share of the Jersey herd, (refer to price list) and in turn supply fresh, cold, creamy whole milk. We may also be able to supply butter and other fresh milk products. Ask for availability.

Having been involved in the Dairy farming industry for most of our lives, we well understand how equipment and cow cleanliness along with rapid chilling of the milk immediately after milking preserves the fresh, creamy taste of the milk.

By the way, we rotationally graze our herd, paying attention to soil fertility and health. We believe that healthy soil yields nutritious grass and crops, which in turn improves the cow’s health naturally, and ultimately means healthier meat and milk for us!

While we’re on the health subject, we endeavor to use natural means of treating our animals for disease, sickness, etc. We also keep our cattle free of GMO’s. We also feed them a balance of minerals and other types of supplements.

We enjoy our 31 acres and are gradually setting up our older chicken and horse barn to house and care for cattle.

So, come on out and see us here in Central Tennessee, and while you are here we can direct you to other farms in our community that grow and sell a variety of fresh melons, vegetables, produce, vegetable and flowering plants. There is also a bakery nearby that sells fresh, homemade baked goods.

We are currently establishing dropoff points in Murfreesboro and other surrounding areas. Contact us to setup delivery times and dates.
